How does support work for managed clients?+
Managed clients reach us by phone, email, or our customer portal at myportal.nuagelogic.com, where they can file tickets, view knowledge base articles, and download resources. For live remote-assist sessions during a call with our team, we direct you to connect.nuagelogic.com. Critical incidents are addressed 24/7. Routine requests are handled during business hours, usually within the same day.
What is the difference between Private Cloud and Public Cloud hosting?+
Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) means your applications run on shared infrastructure managed by the platform vendor, pay for what you use, scale on demand, support comes from the platform. Private Cloud means dedicated infrastructure we host and operate for you, predictable costs, full control over configuration, and a single accountable partner for support. Most growing firms eventually run a hybrid: production workloads on Private Cloud, scale-out and dev/test on Public Cloud.
Do you require a multi-year contract?+
Both options are available. We offer monthly contracts and multi-year contracts, and either lets you vary unit count month to month, so you only pay for the users and devices you actually have. A multi-year commitment earns you a discounted out-of-scope rate, with minimums set based on your typical monthly usage rather than a fixed number. We understand that turnover happens and that businesses grow and contract; the agreement is built to flex with that, not lock you in.
What industries do you specialize in?+
Healthcare (HIPAA), Financial Services (SEC, FINRA), Law Firms (ABA Rule 1.6), and Small Business. We name the regulatory framework explicitly because the configuration decisions depend on it.
Where are you located?+
We are headquartered in Douglassville, Pennsylvania (Southeastern PA), and we serve clients across the region and beyond.
